It normally takes us 1 to 3 weeks to prepare orders due to us preparing each of our compounds freshly made by hand per order. The orders are then shipped out using the shipping method you selected at check out. Our hours are (Monday-Friday 9am-9pm PST)

Once we have your order prepared, it is sent to our packaging department to be shipped out. If you purchased priority shipping it will arrive in 1-3 days once shipped out. If you purchased standard shipping it will arrive in 3-5 business days. *If we have an influx of orders it can take the team up to 28 business days (4-5 weeks) to get orders sent out.
